In this Equine Science class, students will dive into the world of horses, learning about their anatomy, behavior, care, and management. Topics covered include equine physiology (bones, muscles, and organs), nutrition, grooming, breeds, training basics, and an introduction to equine careers like veterinary medicine and horse training. Students will also explore how horses communicate and develop a deeper understanding of their unique traits. The class is structured to be engaging and interactive. Each session will include a mix of lectures with slides, fun trivia games, short video clips, and discussions. Students will have opportunities to ask questions, share their thoughts, and complete activities like creating care plans or analyzing horse behavior. My teaching style is interactive and supportive, encouraging curiosity and participation to make learning fun and meaningful. Learners will interact with me frequently through live discussions, Q&A sessions, and group activities, ensuring a dynamic and collaborative virtual classroom environment.
