In this 8-week course, students will get a fun and practical introduction to the world of entrepreneurship. Whether they have a business idea or just want to explore how businesses grow, this class is perfect for teens curious about starting their own thing. No prior experience is needed—just a creative mindset and a willingness to learn! By the end of the course, students will have a basic business plan, a brand identity, and a solid 2-minute pitch for their business idea. They’ll also have a clearer understanding of what it takes to start and grow a business in today’s world. To make it even easier, I’ll provide business templates and tools throughout the course, such as brainstorming sheets, business plan templates, and branding guides. These resources help students jumpstart their business ideas and apply what they’ve learned in real-world ways. 🗓️ Class Structure: Each week includes: -A short lesson (video or slides) -A creative activity or business-building task -Digital templates to guide their work -A chance to post updates or reflections -I’ll release new lessons every Tuesday, but learners can complete them anytime during the week. 🎤 My Teaching Style: My approach is casual, creative, and student-centered. I use real-world examples and tie content to things learners care about—like gaming, sports, fashion, or animals. Concepts are broken into clear, simple steps with templates and tools to help learners stay confident and motivated. 🤝 Learner Interaction: -Weekly check-ins and project sharing -Optional feedback on work submitted -I’ll be available in the Outschool classroom between sessions if students have questions or want to share updates. 🎯 Class Expectations Students should come ready to: -Participate in class prompts and activities -Try new tools and ask questions -Spend about 30–60 minutes outside of class each week on light homework or project work This is a supportive space where creativity is encouraged, and mistakes are part of the learning process.

Kahoot (for review games) – used to play short, interactive quizzes (no account required—students join with a game PIN).

I’ve spent years helping young people explore and develop their entrepreneurial skills. As a certified teacher with experience in both business and marketing education and middle school English, I’ve taught students how to develop ideas, build confidence, and create practical business plans. I’ve also worked with high school students on projects ranging from marketing strategies to small business concepts.
Beyond teaching, I’ve worked with young people in various settings, including tutoring and mentorship, helping them take their ideas and turn them into reality. My goal is to make business concepts fun and approachable, so every student feels empowered to succeed.
