Learners will be asked to chart their emotions throughout the week and practice breathing techniques.Experiencia de clase
Join the characters from Inside Out 2 as we explore our emotions and find ways to deal with them. During this one time class we will start by reviewing each of the emotion from the Inside Out 2 movie including the new emotions of anxiety, envy, ennui, and embarrassment. We will do a matching activity in which learners will help to identify emotions and pair them with the correct character. Learners will then be given time to share ways to handle each emotion. Each learner will be given time to draw a time they felt one of the emotions and share their experience. Class will end with learners participating in a short breathing exercise to leave class feeling positive.

Hello, my name is Ms. Stephanie! I have been on Outschool for almost 3 years and teaching for the past twelve years. I have a Bachelors Degree in Psychology and a Minor in Elementary Education. I have been a tutor and a lead classroom teacher for Kindergarten and First Grade. I love working with children and seeing them learn and grow. I believe children learn best through having fun and participating in engaging activities.
I also have a Masters Degree in Clinical Social Work. I am able to use this degree to teach learners about emotions, fears, personality, etc.
I have visited several countries and lived in four different states. I have two children of my own.
