Nivel Intermediate
The 12-week English Language Course  focuses on practical communication skills. Each week addresses specific language elements, starting with basic greetings and progressing to more complex topics like travel, health, and work. Through a variety of activities, including role-playing, discussions, and vocabulary exercises, participants will enhance their speaking, listening, and comprehension skills. The course aims to create a supportive environment for language acquisition, encouraging consistent practice and real-world application. The final week involves a comprehensive review to reinforce learning and identify areas for improvement.


Each week we will link to speaking fluently and comrehension skills we will also focus on reading and incorporate a piece of copyright free reading within our learning to enhance fluidity and comprehension. 

Week 1: Basic Greetings and Introductions
Objective: Learn to greet people and introduce yourself.
Activities: Role-playing introductions, practicing pronunciation.
Key Vocabulary: Hello, hi, my name is, nice to meet you.


Week 2: Talking About Family and Friends
Objective: Describe family members and friends.
Activities: Creating family trees, discussing personal photos.
Key Vocabulary: Family relations, adjectives for description.

Week 3: Everyday Activities and Routines
Objective: Discuss daily routines and common activities.
Activities: Daily routine presentations, vocabulary matching.
Key Vocabulary: Verbs for routine activities, time expressions.

Week 4: Food and Dining
Objective: Learn vocabulary for ordering and discussing food.
Activities: Menu reading, role-playing in a restaurant setting.
Key Vocabulary: Types of food, ordering phrases, utensils.

Week 5: Shopping and Transactions
Objective: Handle shopping scenarios and transactions.
Activities: Role-playing in shopping settings, currency exercises.
Key Vocabulary: Clothing and groceries, prices, sizes.

Week 6: Describing Places and Giving Directions
Objective: Describe places and give/receive directions.
Activities: Map reading, direction-giving exercises.
Key Vocabulary: Directions, places in a town, location prepositions.

Week 7: Travel and Transportation
Objective: Discuss travel plans and transportation.
Activities: Planning a trip, discussing past travel experiences.
Key Vocabulary: Types of transport, travel-related terms.

Week 8: Numbers, Dates, and Time
Objective: Understand and use numbers, tell time, and discuss dates.
Activities: Exercises with calendars and clocks, number games.
Key Vocabulary: Days, months, numbers, o'clock, AM/PM.

Week 9: Health and Emergencies
Objective: Discuss health issues and understand emergency language.
Activities: Role-playing doctor's visit, emergency scenarios.
Key Vocabulary: Parts of the body, health problems, emergency terms.

Week 10: Entertainment and Leisure Activities
Objective: Talk about hobbies, sports, and entertainment.
Activities: Sharing favorite hobbies, sports-related vocabulary games.
Key Vocabulary: Leisure activities, sports terms, expressions of preference.

Week 11: Work and Professions
Objective: Discuss professions and workplace scenarios.
Activities: Job role-playing, discussing work experiences.
Key Vocabulary: Job titles, workplace terms, daily tasks.

Week 12: Review and Practice
Objective: Consolidate learning, focus on areas needing improvement.
Activities: Review games, conversation practice, feedback session.
Key Vocabulary: Review of all previous terms.
