It will closely parallel concepts and skills necessary to increase fluency with musical notation and the development of musical memory and inner hearing. Each student will have an opportunity to develop their basic skills through melodic and rhythmic exercises in every lesson. Upon completion, the following class would be 𝐄𝐚𝐫-𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠: 𝐌𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐜 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭-𝐒𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐠 (𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝟒). Improvement of aural skills will be achieved through the following activities 1. Sight-Singing 2. Rhythmic Dictation 3. Melodic Dictation 4. Harmonic Dictation 5. Basic Musician Skills 6.
