This class is an ongoing Dungeons & Dragons campaign. It will use the 5th Edition rules and will incorporate situations that require critical thinking, teamwork, problem-solving, communication, role-playing, and imagination. Ideally, the student should have a basic foundation of the rules of 5th Edition. Resources and references will be provided as needed, to facilitate a better understanding of the rules and game mechanics for newer players. This adventure will take the players from 1st...

I have been playing D&D since I was 7 years old. It has been a huge part of my growth, development, and entertainment. I'm a skilled, role-player, narrator, and storyteller. I have a very patient and enthusiastic nature and try to make the class as welcoming and comfortable as possible. This isn't just a game to me, but a passion. I think this is a profound experience and can facilitate such growth and foster bonds of friendship that can last a lifetime.
Ideally, the student has some experience with 5th Edition D&D. However, new players are also welcome and will be guided and instructed as we play. This is open to all skill levels.

There is simulated combat, conflict, and narration that occurs in D&D. None of this will be especially graphic and will only serve to set the scene and experience. It will be very age-appropriate. Remember to keep your private information private - for example, no last names, home cities, or gaming handles! The Forge and DnDBeyond will require Usernames. Please remember to keep your handles and passwords protected and not shared. Players will also be strongly encouraged to make and maintain their character in dndbeyond.com. This requires Parental consent.
I will use dndbeyond.com and Roll20.net, primarily. Of course, the core rule books will be helpful, but not required.
