Tarea
1-2 horas por semana. Students will be assigned specific homework each week based on need. In class evaluation will help determine what the student will need to develop during the course of the week, ahead of the next class.Experiencia de clase
Each week we'll uncover more of the world of drums and percussion. Topics covered include... reading drum set styles (jazz, rock, country, funk, latin, etc) technique coordination for drum set rudimental playing (including drum line) classical percussion such as marimba, timpani auxiliary percussion (triangle, shaker, tambourine, etc) theory, and more! There will be plenty of interaction with the student because its one-on-one! There is no previous experience required. Just a love for learning and an interest in percussion!

I studied music/drumming at Berklee College of Music in 1996 and at Central Michigan University from 1997-2001. This education, and the fantastic teachers/professors that worked with me, sparked my own interest in educating. Since then. I've been "full speed ahead"!!!
I'm blessed with an amazing wife, 3 wonderful children, 1 always-hungry dog, and 7 chickens!
