Students will learn how to create a line drawing (5-10 drawings per class) and how to use pastels, pencil.
Drawings do not have to resemble the teachers drawing nor do they have to be perfect.
We will focus on shading, proportion, and lines.
New drawing and color techniques for pastels will be provided each week.

I have an extensive art background in drawing, painting, and clay. I went to a VPA(Visual and Performing Arts School all through middle school and high school). I took art in college but got my BA and MA in Sociology and later earned a teaching degree. I have homeschooled my three daughters and I always included an art class and field trips to the High Museum in ATL, GA. I taught art in an actual elementary school in Massachusetts in the after school programs. I taught art in an actual middle school in Massachusetts in the special needs classroom in the mornings before school.Reseñas
