Dibuja tu día: Art Journaling

Draw Your Day Journaling is an Art Journaling class where learners will combine drawing, and writing to capture their own daily adventure. This class is perfect for those who love art and want to remember their fun adventures in a unique and special way.

Every day we will start class with a quick greeting and learners are invited to share what they are excited to document if they feel like sharing. Then the drawing can begin. Every class we will dedicate a page or two to drawing and writing about what we did during our day. The class is open ended and invites learners to really make their journals their own and develop their artistic voice. Learners are invited to have conversations while they journal and connect with their fellow classmates. Learners will utilize combining words and pictures together, get creative with their drawings, and have an opportunity to think about their day.

My teaching style is interactive, supportive, and fun. I believe in fostering a relaxed and creative environment where learners feel comfortable expressing themselves artistically. I encourage questions and provide prompts/themes if students get stuck in thinking of ideas.  All artists of every level are welcome, this class has flexible ages.
