Nivel Beginner - Intermediate
**PLEASE NOTE** This is a SELF-PACED class and is PRE-RECORDED. THIS MEANS STUDENTS WILL WATCH THE PRE-RECORDED VIDEO. There are no live meetings. All interactions between students and the teacher will happen on the class page. This class will be presented via powerpoint. Students will upload images of their assignments for the teacher to see and comment on. This is particularly important if a final grade is required for homeschool or charter school credit. Why Self-Paced? *MY Self-Paced classes ALWAYS cost less than the live versions of the same class! *Self-Paced classes are an excellent choice for families with busy schedules. *Content is exactly the same as live classes, at a lower fee. *Students can work at an independent pace. *Self-Paced classes are fantastic for international students whose time zone doesn't match the teacher's (US Mountain Time), *Self-Paced classes are a great alternative for students who are uncomfortable with live video chat. Our Self-Paced format will be as follows: Content: Video demonstration of the process will be posted. Videos will vary in length depending on the type of art being presented. Some may be as short as 10 or 15 minutes while others could be ½ hour or more. Student work is expected to take anywhere from 40 minutes to an hour, depending upon the student’s preferred pace. Drawing Assignments: Students spend time completing their artwork and submit it via the classroom. Submit Assignment: Students are required to post photos of their completed artwork in the classroom on the designated post. Keep in mind, uploading artwork for the teacher to see is important for assessment and feedback. Students may do online searches for doodles under popular names and practice them in between classes. Detailed information about each class session can be found in the syllabus.

Students will learn Doodle Basics - what is a doodle, and how can we create art with doodles? Students will practice a simple doodle pattern. 33 minutos de lecciones en video

Doodle Practice
Students will practice more simple doodles and add details. 26 minutos de lecciones en video
Lección 3:
Complex Doodles
Students will practice more detailed ideas and incorporate patterns. 19 minutos de lecciones en video
Lección 4:
Put it All Together
Students will incorporate different doodles and create a unique work of art. Color may be added at this point. 31 minutos de lecciones en video
