Arte digital: Diseño de personajes 101 (sesión de 12 semanas) con Procreate

***Learners who have little or no experience using Procreate should first take the Procreate 101 course.  Basics of the program will not be covered in this course.

Learners will use the iOs app Procreate [$12.99 in the Apple App Store] to create unique characters and build storylines for them.  Students will have homework after each session that will require approximately one hour outside of class time.  Students will work together to improve their ideas by giving feedback on each other's work and providing ideas/solutions for areas that need help.  Class sessions will contain periods of lecture, discussion, and group work.  Students will be encouraged to interact with other learners during class work time.

**Class Policies:

*Please have learners log in 2-3 minutes before the scheduled class start time so that we can start on time.

*All class times are approximate.  Class length may vary due to student ability and class size.  Classes are designed to be no longer than the time allotted.

*Late/Missed Class Policy - All courses will begin on time as long as one learner is in the classroom.  In the event that no students are in the classroom at the assigned class time, the teacher will leave a message on the discussion board and exit the classroom after 10 minutes.  Class recordings are available upon request.

***Tardy Policy - Learners who have missed ten minutes or more of the class time should request a transfer.  I will lock the meeting after ten minutes so that the students in class are not distracted by late students.  Instruction is given step-by-step, so tardiness detracts from everyone's learning experience.  I am happy to work with you to try to meet your scheduling needs and want each learner to have an optimal experience!

***I do not check or respond to messages while I am teaching classes.  I will respond as soon as I can after class has ended.

*Certificates of completion are available upon request.

*Pay attention to scheduled dates.  If class falls on a holiday, we may skip a week and pick up where we left off the following week.
