Tarea
1-2 horas por semana. There will be some homework depending on the project. Each week Mrs. Fimbel will set goals with the learner to complete between classes.Evaluación
Mrs. Fimbel will review projects with the learner each week to evaluate if goals have been reached and to set new goals to complete the project. No formal testing.Experiencia de clase

Nivel Intermediate - Advanced
In this course learners will develop a project and set goals for completing it. Some exames are: Fishing Board Games started in the group Game Design class. Individual TinkerCad projects for 3D printing, individual or small group TinkerCAD designs for other 3D projects. Learning more about 3D Printing In the first session learners will work with Mrs. Fimbel to identify the project and outline goals for completing it. Each subsequent session will be focused on reaching the weekly goals to make progress on the individual project. I am also a big believer in kids doing their own work and working at their level. So I will be happy to aid in the engineering process (sketching, drafting, building, reflecting, redesigning, and building again), and accountability, the actual finished project will be 100% learner led, thought out, and created.

I have experience working with neurodiverse individuals and am happy to support them so they can thrive! This class is totally flexible and focused on student's individual goals and is thus ideal for neurodivese learners!

Parents should be active in Outschool messaging and available for conferences as needed to reach goals for the project.
Requisitos previos
Basic knowledge of TinkerCAD, or understanding that at least the first two sessions will be spent on the basics of using the program.
