In this quirky, engaging, eye-opening STEAM visual arts club, learners will have a chance to brighten their lives and their environment by turning mundane, often overlooked everyday objects and materials, such as urinals, paper towels, cardboard boxes, and boring plastic mugs, into great expressions of art and functional design.

Every week, Mr. Dan will demonstrate to his students his battle-proven visual design techniques that can be applied under any physical surroundings and materials. Learners will be exposed to professional-level art skills that are forged from his years of rigorous education and professional experience as a concept artist.

Necesidades de aprendizaje
Designed with kids in hospitalization in mind, we aim to craft a fun place that supports kids fighting various conditions and learning challenges. Please let me know ahead of time should your child have unique learning needs so I can help!
Orientación para padres
We are a family of fighters, and creativity is our tool...to change our world. Since this lab is inspired by my experiences at children's hospital, we may lightly touch on aspects of hospital living that may be uncomfortable for some families. Our focus is to empower kids in challenging situations to know that they, too, have the superpower to learn incredible skills and innovate creative solutions that improves their lives and others. Moreover, we strive to create a welcoming, safe, accepting environment for all - but ESPECIALLY for those kids and families who are - or have at one point been - in extended hospital inpatient treatment. Our club is not exclusive to - but strives to be supportive of - those who are going through / have been through challenging medical journeys. We protect, respect, and support the privacy, emotional wellbeing, and the life journeys of ALL learners and their families.
