I'm looking forward to returning refreshed and energized.*** This Demo Meet & Greet is an opportunity for parents, students, and teacher to gather information, ask questions, and establish a positive connection. Teacher will create a sample 5-minute lesson for your student in the area you request. Please select one academic area from this list: 🍎 Spelling Error Correction 🍎 English as a Second Language 🍎 Grammar 🍏Reading Comprehension 🍏 Creative Writing 🍏 English Language Arts Advanced High School Literature & Composition. Structure: Warm Welcome Teaching Style Compatibility Understanding Classroom Environment Alignment with Educational Goals Addressing Concerns or Special Needs Cultural Fit Accessibility and Support Brief Lesson Remaining Questions Exit Ticket Meet & Greet Occurs for the first 10 minutes. Brief lesson begins at minute 11-15 and is for the student only. Exit Ticket: All participants share their thoughts if this grouping is a good fit for their needs and and reasonable academic expectations.

I have taught middle and high school English Language Arts for 17 years. I have taught English literature and composition for advanced students preparing for private high schools with even higher aspirations of attending ivy league schools. I have taught at all grade levels from grades 4 through 12. I have tutored adult college students in these areas as well. I have taught students with minimal English and have taught seventh grade students who read at first grade level. I have achieved great success for myself while completing courses in my doctoral program.
