Experiencia de clase

In this ongoing club, students will dance to a variety of different songs with easy-to-follow choreography. The goal is to work on cardiovascular exercise to raise our heart rates while having fun! We will focus on different styles of dance fitness each week. Students will be up and moving the whole class.

Class structure:
~5 Minutes: Intros/Instruction
10 Minutes: Warm-up/Stretch- Getting our bodies ready to move
35 Minutes: Dancing
10 Minutes: Cool Down

Song Choices: We will dance to a variety of G-rated songs each week of popular songs and/or Kidz Bop versions of songs so that the choices are appropriate for each learner.

Students do not need any prior experience. Everyone is welcome from beginners to advanced! 

Virtual Performing Arts Academy prides itself on being a supportive and caring learning environment for all students.

As with any physical activity, there is a potential for injury. Please be sure that there is enough space for your child to move around. They should also wear correct shoes that are closed-toed or go barefoot.

Hello Everyone!

Welcome to Virtual Performing Arts Academy. Our organization includes scholars, professional performers, and licensed teachers. We offer a variety of courses for all levels from beginners to pre-professionals. We are so excited to meet you.

We offer courses in: 
-Theatre 
-Musical Theatre 
-Dance
-Music: Singing, Piano, Guitar, and Ukulele
-Improvisation

-Tutoring K-12

We believe that all our students can be successful. We pride ourselves on building an online community and offering personalized learning. Our teachers have attended top improvisation programs including The Second City Conservatory, Annoyance, Magnet, and more. Our dance teachers have trained with renowned schools in NYC. All of our teachers are professional performers with a minimum of a BA degree.
