This class will be focused around an adventure. It will include most of the central elements that make a D and D adventure fun- character creation, magic, action, mystery, unpredictable bad guys, fun items, and objects and loot to discover and interactive fun. Player will begin the adventure at Level 3. You are playing as adventurers, trying to make a name for yourself as you help others survive things they cannot handle. - While they are immersed in the adventure the players will be learning collaboration, team building, critical thinking, role-playing, cooperative learning, and problem solving. Also, how to deal with frustration, and how to adapt to changing conditions.
I am an educator by profession, and an experienced gamemaster who has created hundreds of adventures in many different RPG genres. My adventures always feature immersive, imaginative and highly interactive story telling with a focus on maximizing the players’ enjoyment and involvement in the action of the game.

There will be mild pretend violent encounters in which the student adventurers (the good guys) will face off against the bad guys. Nothing overly graphic, just descriptive collaborative storytelling.
