Physical Training Log: A fun, optional log where students can record any additional 'Officer in Training' breaks they take during the week. This can be a simple note of the date and activity, like "Ran for 10 seconds" or "Lifted two water bottles." Expected completion time: 5 minutes weekly. Reading Assignment (for older or more advanced students, if applicable): A short story or passage containing numerous 'AT' words will be provided. Students are expected to read this independently, underlining or highlighting the 'AT' words they spot. Approximate reading length: 2-3 pages.
