Through discussions, debates, and individual research and writing (students will write The International Relations Diary), this course/seminar will explore the most current problems in international affairs that are happening in a particular week in the world (Asia, Americas, Middle East, Africa, Europe, Australia). By approaching issues from a variety of interdisciplinary perspectives, the students will learn to think critically about the world and explore ways to comprehend and solve global dilemmas.  Case studies will help students better understand the systemic forces that shape societies and their relations on the international stage.
