Experiencia de clase

Ms. Annette has been teaching music and drama to children for over 25 years and especially enjoys working with the early childhood set. With a preK-12 PA teaching certification, Annette enjoys making careful and conscientious decisions about music as well as creating classes that represent the traditions and backgrounds of her learners as well as introducing them to new ideas.
* A drum or something to use as a drum
* Rhythm sticks or something to use as rhythm sticks
* Jingle bells or something to use as jingle bells
* A scarf or something to use as a scarf, such as a dishtowel, lightweight baby blanket, or play silk
While our movements will not be too robust, there will be times your musician will be invited to stand up and move to the music. Please make sure they have adequate space and footwear if necessary.
Recognizing that our community has many different celebrations and traditions, I invite families to share their favorite holiday baking traditions so I can find other songs, rhymes, and materials so your learner is represented in class. I research all music carefully, primarily on the following websites:
