1 hora por semana. Students will be expected to follow the recipe to make a different dessert each week. The students will also be encouraged to post a picture or video in the classroom to share their desserts with the teacher.Experiencia de clase
In this self-paced course, students will be provided with instructional videos to make four different dessert recipes: Oreo Truffles, Apple Crisp, S'Mores Bars, and Brownies with Cookie Dough Frosting. The students will make the recipes with the teacher's instructions (in the videos). The students will also be encouraged to post a picture or video to share their desserts with the teacher. *No previous experience is required. The students will: -practice following a recipe -practice using kitchen tools to measure ingredients -practice cooking on a stove/oven (*Parental supervision is strongly encouraged.) -confidently share their completed recipes with the teacher (and their families). In this flexible schedule cooking class, we will make these delicious desserts: Week 1: Oreo Truffles Week 2: Apple Crisp (served with vanilla ice cream) Week 3: S'Mores Bars Week 4: Brownies with Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Frosting I look forward to seeing your home chef in the kitchen!

The students will make four different recipes. For each lesson, the students will be given a list of the ingredients and tools that they will need in order to make the recipe. At the beginning of the course, students will also receive a shopping list for all four recipes.
