My teaching style is upbeat and personable, as I strive to understand the needs of each student. I will remain fully present throughout the session, encouraging discussion by asking questions about their interests and needs, and I work to address their most pressing questions about college life, integrating these inquiries into our listed topics.

Each week, we'll cover a different set of topics tailored to the needs of the enrolled students. Through discussion, we'll provide useful action steps, tips, tricks, and creative ideas to help make the transition to college life easier. After each session, I'll email a recap of what we discussed, as well as supplemental brainstorming and planning worksheets to help learners reflect on the discussion and plan for their future.

Before each class, an email will be sent to learners detailing the week's topic. Students are always encouraged to share their college prep needs, and I will work to tailor subsequent classes based on their topics of interest.

My mission is to get to know each student, their unique learning styles and needs when it comes to preparing for college life. I will make sure that their questions are answered, and that they receive the support they need.
