The college application process can be stressful. This course aims to ease that burden by offering 4 weeks of individualized classes to help students through the college application process. Given that students have varying needs, the learner and parent will help determine which topics will best fit the learner's needs. Possible topics to cover include: *Resume help *Creating a college list *Common App help (filling out the honors and awards section, the additional information section, etc.) *College essay help (brainstorming, revising, and proofreading drafts for personal statements and supplemental essays) *Organization tips (how to keep track of materials and deadlines) *Scholarships (finding appropriate scholarships to apply to and writing the respective essays) *Tips for selecting a college and/or major Other topics are available upon request.
