Nivel Beginner
This class will be an introduction to the 3 branches of the United States government. I will introduce the executive, legislative, and judicial branches using a fun tree diagram to take notes on. This is a 55- minute introduction of the topic only not an in- depth study. I will explain the topic in kid friendly terms while the learner is filling out their tree diagrams that I will explain to them how to create. My learners will be able to ask questions and interact with me as needed. At the end of the lesson, I will give them an oral quiz to assess their understanding of the material.

The learner when finished the course will be able to name at least 2 functions of each of the three branches of the government.The learner when finished the course will be able to understand and reiterate to me the importance of each individual branch.

Since the course will consist of drawing, coloring, and taking notes on trees the learner creates it will keep the learner engaged for the entire 55 minutes.
