Experiencia y certificaciones del docente
Chocolate has a rich and interesting history which I have researched and learned. This class combines two of my favorite things Chocolate and cultural history. I want to take students on a journey back in time to the very first cultivation of chocolate and up to modern day cultivation and uses. I want to share my curiosity around this subject and build the same in children.
