This is a movement & meditation class for 9-13 year olds! In this 30 minute experience, you will get to stretch to release energy and calm your mind through meditation & breathing. **Note: If you are looking for a different time for this class, please send me a message!** Class will always begin with the teacher & learners introducing themselves. This is to help you with your self confidence and get comfortable speaking in front of others! There will not be time for a lot of socialization...
