Celebrando al gato del antiguo Egipto
En esta interesante clase, aprenderemos por qué los egipcios adoraban y honraban a sus gatos. Además, aprenderemos datos curiosos sobre Egipto, veremos arte felino del antiguo Egipto y aprenderemos el significado de los jeroglíficos.

We will celebrate cats in Egyptian art. Before Class: Students are encouraged to sketch or draw a picture of their cat or a cat in an Egyptian theme to share with the class and discuss. The class will be structured with a sharing discussion about each student's cat in the beginning if the student brings their cat. Students will be encouraged to share and interact with other students about what they like about their cat along a guided and interactive discussion about the history of cats in Egyptian art. My teaching style is kind and respectful along with flexible. We will have slides that will guide us on the history of Egypt and how cats led a prominent role. These slide will us keep up on track. In the last part of the class, we will do a fun learning check to text our knowledge that we learned in class.
