Class Description:
In this fun one-time phonics class for grades 2–3, students will focus on mastering r-controlled vowels ar, er, and ir. Through interactive games, reading practice, and word challenges, learners will boost their reading skills and confidence in decoding and spelling words with these vowel patterns.

Class Experience:
The class will be structured to keep students engaged with plenty of opportunities to practice and interact:

Introduction (5 min): Brief explanation of r-controlled vowels ar, er, and ir, with visual aids and examples.

Interactive Practice (15 min): Students will participate in games, reading words with ar, er, and ir and identifying sounds.

Guided Reading & Sentence Creation (10 min): Learners will read words aloud and create simple sentences using ar, er, and ir words.

Mini Quiz & Wrap-Up (10 min): A fun quiz to review the sounds, followed by a quick recap and a challenge word to try after class.

Closing (5 min): Final chance for questions and a positive wrap-up.

Teaching Style:
This class uses a multi-sensory, interactive approach where students will actively participate in reading, writing, and playing games. I keep the lessons fun, hands-on, and focused on helping students build confidence with their phonics skills.
