Do you have an avid reader that also enjoys to bake? If so, then I believe you have found the right book club. Welcome to the Cupcake Diaries Book Club! 

This book series combines family, friendships, fun and cupcakes. We will follow the journey of 2 middle school students that start their own cupcake business. Along the way, they navigate all the different joys and struggles that middle school has to offer. Their love for cupcakes is what brings them all together. 
To make this book series even better, some books contain a new cupcake recipe that can be made after each book. We will see who tries the recipe each week :)

This class will meet each week . Students will read each book independently and come to class prepared to discuss the plot, setting, character conflicts, along with their opinions on that book. 

I will provide a fun and elaborate cupcake coloring sheet to go along with each book. 

I will also provide some discussion questions that I will post prior to each class so students can come with some good thoughts to discuss.  We will have a lot of fun with this book series!


**There are two versions of this book series. We are NOT reading the graphic novel version**
