If your learner is in love with dystopian literature, and enjoys interacting and socializing with other book lovers, then this is the class for them! We will be reading series such as, "The Giver Quartet," "The Hunger Games Trilogy," and other of the most popular young adult dystopian novels from the past few decades. We will be reading over 20 books in all! Learners will read the novels at home, and come ready to have lively, guided, group discussions with their peers once every other...
- Students will develop and strengthen their reading skills through consistent reading each week. Students will develop and strengthen their analysis and critical reading skills. Students will develop their ability to hold meaningful peer to peer discussions surrounding literature. Students will meet and develop positive relationships with peers.

Grown ups are encouraged to check out each of the book's rating content on "common sense media," prior to enrolling their student to ensure they are comfortable with the books we will be reading. All of the books rate in the 11+ to 14+ age range depending on the book.
