In this one-time course we will cover growing bulbs. We will also discuss the anatomy and physiology of a bulb and compare and contrast it with plants grown from corms (other bulbs). We will then discuss how to plant and grow bulbs. We will also cover bulb storage, bulb forcing, and production of bulbs. We will talk about how to force bulbs grown in our home and how to properly over-winter and store the ones we grow outside. Lastly we will look at and discuss shortly a few different bulbs we grow outside, indoors, and for consumption. This class will be lectured through presentation slides, there are 21 slides with substance and images on them, we will spend 3-5 minutes discussing and reading the information on each slide together as a class.
