Welcome to Blooket with Ms. B. In this Ongoing course, learners will join each week to play Blooket and make new friends. Blooket is a Trivia game that allows learners to play a game that will have one answer that is correct out of four answers. Answering the questions correct, helps them to win. Here is how it works: Ms. B picks a question set and a unique game mode. Then, a game code that players can use to join the game on their own devices. Ms. B will also play along. This is an ongoing class that does not build upon itself. Learners in ongoing classes are able to join and leave at any time.

Make new friends each week playing blooket while learning and reviewing. 
Name that superhero, Guess the animal, Guess that food, multiplication facts 1-12, , Who's that Pixar character, Guess that Dog, Name a friend in class(know your friends in class) are the games that will get us started. Each week I will be adding new questions to our growing game.

Week 1: Learner choice
Week 2: Tower Defense
Week 3: Cafe
Week 4: Factory
Week 5: Racing
Week 6 Classic

**If learners would also love to work on the games after I would be happy to assign one as HW for extra fun and practice.

Hi! My name is Brienna. Students can call me Ms. B.
When the pandemic started, I knew right away that homeschooling was the journey our family would be taking. I have been homeschooling along with teaching. I began teaching when I was 18! I fell in love with teaching and showing students that they were Rockstars! (Reading Rockstar, Math Rockstar, Social Studies Rock Star). It was very important to me that learners felt that they were awesome and could rock any subject that was taught. 

I have two amazing kids!! A Jr. in high school and a middle school learner. Our favorite things to do as a family is to travel and collect board games. 

I am a huge advocate for special needs students. My son’s journey with Autism and ADHD taught me so much from learning about different therapies to IEP goals. I create classes so that all children with different abilities can participate and feel valued.

With my ten years’ experience, as a preschool teacher my passion is teaching children through engaging activities, while having fun. Prior to becoming a teacher, I was a private tutor for Kindergarten through 6th grade. 

Currently I am working towards my bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education and becoming a certified Curriculum Specialist. With different classroom setting experiences I had the opportunity to focus on phonics, reading, sensory activities, science experience and history. Getting children excited about learning is what drives me every day.
