Floor barre (Ballet Gymnastics) takes the basic ballet barre training from the standing position to the floor. Taking this class is very important for beginners; it is a great add-on exercise for more advanced students. Actually anyone can benefit from this class since it develops core, improves posture, coordination and flexibility. It is not the easiest class, but very effective one. Exercises are adjusted to the students' level of physical development. During the class students will not only improve their skills, but will have better understanding of the mechanics of the dance steps. The floor provides perfect support and allows to perform the exercises correctly and find a better range of movement than standing up. Class will consist of warming up routine, main part - workout on the floor, cool-down routine. Main goals: 1. Work on turn-out of the leg 2. Improve feet pointing 3. Improve posture, back placement 4. Core workout - dancers need strong muscles and stamina 5. Improve Coordination 6. Improve Balance MY REFUND POLICY: I follow the Moderate Refund Policy. Once a month I can process a refund based on the special circumstances. I do offer dance classes which can be taken to make up for missed class: Character Dance, Floor Barre. There is an Outschool Happiness Guaranty program which families can address in certain cases.
