This class is perfect for learners who have taken my Beginner Piano Class ONE for Ages 3 - 5 Years Old - Little Musicians Rising Stars or another kind introduction to piano with a knowledge of the notes, Middle C, D and E and rhythm introduction but are not ready to move into a private lesson yet.  I teach in a very patient, fun, and engaging style.   This is a year-round program.  A learner can join and stop at any time, reviewing the 8 songs we cover in this class, as many times as they want so they are comfortable performing them. 

Every week, we will review concepts during the first 5 minutes.  This gives confidence to learners while reinforcing concepts and gives a background to new learners.  

Any keyboard will work for this class.   Typical class activities will include the following, using FUN & ENGAGING activities! 
 
Scope & Sequence:
First 10 minutes:  Learn the New Song of the Week by clapping out the rhythm and together with all the learners, figure out the notes of the song.
Next 10 minutes: Practice playing the song together so everyone is comfortable. 
Last 5 minutes:  Allow each student who wants, to perform a song on the piano. I find those that are shy, start performing within the 2nd and 3rd week.
