Wk1 Jan. 3rd-7th // New Year's Tradition, Greeting Phrases for the New Year

Wk2 Jan. 10rd-14th // Beyond the basic self-Introduction

Wk3 Jan. 17th-21st // Describing current situation_family and self

Wk4 Jan. 24th-28th // Describing yourself to a homestay family

Wk5 Jan. 31st- Feb. 4th // How to-Te-form for うverbs　

Wk6 Feb. 7th-11th // How to-Te-form for るverbs and Irregular verbs

Easy-going, but perhaps because of the subject I teach, most students are really respectful, which I truly appreciate.

How much will learners get to interact with you and each other (mention specifics like: lecture, games, slides, video clips, discussion)?

Learning a foreign language is all about interaction!! There will be interactive class activities for informal assessments.  In-class pair activities are designed to develop each student's 21st century skills such as collaboration, communication, creativity, and critical thinking. If you are a home school student who is looking for a formal assignment grades, I will be happy to work with you (but I need to know what is expected).

If the student has learned Japanese for a year, or even self-studied Japanese for a year, should be comfortable in this level.
