In this ongoing class, students will learn stretching, conditioning, and basic, beginner gymnastics skills. This class is an introduction to gymnastics, so no prior knowledge is required. Please practice gymnastics in a safe space with no obstacles in the way. (coffee tables, breakable valuables, etc.) Also, provide a soft area (gymnastics mat, yoga mat, carpet) for your gymnast to practice on.
