Leaders Factory is an Entrepreneurship Program, aimed at inspiring and developing young minds into the spirit of a leader. Leaders are not born, they're made, and the younger they start working on this mindset, the better. Experience, skills, practice, courage, and a compassionate heart, are fundamental for becoming a great leader and conduct a team building a successful organization. Start now, to build a better tomorrow! This is what you can expect from the program: Leaders Factory (ages 9-13) Topic 1 - Setting vision, goals and plans. Topic 2 - Risks, critical thinking, and how to work with uncertainty. Topic 3 - How to Delegate, Lead by Example, and Decision Making. Topic 4 - Form Teams, Motivate and Empower people, Communication. Topic 5 - Taking care and strengthen your spirit, emotions, feeling, mind, becoming stronger to LEAD. Topic 6 - Action! How to take action, execute ideas, plans and projects.
