Children will learn about dinosaurs and have an opportunity to share some fun facts they may know. Classes will be taught with discussion over Zoom and with slides containing information, graphics, and activities. Class Schedule: Welcome: 2-3 minutes Discussion, reading, and songs 18-22 minutes Crafts 20-24 minutes Closing 2-4 minutes Day One: Reading Dinosaur Bones, by Bob Barner. Singing Dinosaur Bones, by Patrick Manor. Playdough Dinosaur Fossils – toy dinosaurs and uncooked pasta – For example: Cavatappi, Farfalle, or Rotini, Cartwheels, Rigatoni Day Two: Reading Harry and the Bucketful of Dinosaurs, By Ian Whybrow. Singing Dinosaur Song, by Nicholas Deysher. Dinosaurs and Eggs - Colors and matching activity. Day Three: Reading the dinosaurs came back, by Bernard Most. Singing Triceratops, by Storybots. Paper plate Brontosaurs Day Four: Reading The Dinosaur Alphabet Book, by Jerry Pallota. Singing The Dinosaur Song, by Big Word Club. Make your own Dinosaur Skeleton – paper towel and toilet paper rolls
