Please contact me to request lesson times. (Ongoing lessons are available too.) This is a Private Acting/Musical Theatre Lesson. It will be geared to the individual learner. Learners should communicate with the teacher prior to the lesson for specific requests. Options include:- help with specific Musical Theatre or Acting auditions; Talent Show Performance or General Acting skills (learned through vocal exercises/acting games/speech/poem/monologue practice) Class Plan Example:- Learn how to do an Introduction for Audition (Slate) Warm Up/Technique Exercises (where applicable) Work on a Monologue/Acting Skills/Performance in Song Skills (where applicable) Teaching Style:- I have a positive approach to teaching. I like to praise and encourage. The pace of the class will reflect the student taking the class. Please contact me to request lesson times. I can be flexible with availability. (Ongoing lessons are available too.)

As this is an Acting/Theatre Class please ensure that children have enough free space to stand up/move around a little.
Class Attire:- Please wear appropriate free-moving clothes e.g. tee-shirt with leggings to enable free movement of the body during acting/singing.
Acting/Singing Material:- All material will be appropriate to the child's age.

I have been teaching dance and musical theatre for 25 years. I am a qualified professional dance teacher with the NCDTA and IDTA (U.K.) I have taught all ages from young to adult; also training other teachers. I am currently the Children's Program Director of a Dance Studio in the USA. I also teach Speech, Drama and Music holding a B.A.(Hons) Drama/Theatre & Music (London). I have directed many youth Musical Theatre productions including High School Musical, Grease, The Little Mermaid, Thoroughly Modern Millie, Beauty and The Beast, The Wizard of Oz and Hairspray. Several of my former pupils are now Professional Performers working around the world including in London's West End and on Cruise Ships. I have also entered many children for both 'Speech and Drama' and 'Musical Theatre' examinations, consistently gaining high results. I have successfully prepared many students for auditions in Musical Theatre. I am excited to be able to offer Drama and Musical Theatre training to children around the world on Outschool. Reseñas
