Acuarios y acuaponía: ¡Cómo los peces te mantienen feliz si tú los mantienes felices!

Students will learn via a socratic method which uses students' understanding of fishes natural habitats and how they can be best replicated in a home aquarium.  Visuals of the nitrogen cycle, the carbon cycle, and details regarding the solubility of oxygen gas will be shared via colorful slideshow created by my aquatic science students.  Details will be provided on the benefits of bacteria in the aquarium and how the process of the nitrogen cycle is key to keeping new fish alive.  A fish compatibility chart will also be provided students will learn how to read it.
