In "Animal Behavior: Understanding Wildlife & Human Interactions," students will delve into the captivating study of how animals interact with each other and their environments. This course covers a broad range of topics, including communication, mating rituals, hunting and feeding strategies, social structures, and the impact of human activities on wildlife. Students will gain a deeper understanding of animal behavior and the complex relationships between humans and wildlife through topics such as zoos, conservation game hunting, behavioral indicators, anthropomorphization (the harm of giving human qualities to animals), why to avoid handling wild animals, and when to reach out to wildlife centers.
