📋 N O T E S

~ No prior experience with mindfulness or positive mindset strategies is needed.

~ This course supports all children's social-emotional development, not just those with emotional challenges.

~ Discussions focus on general examples, not personal issues.

~ The class might be taught by a different teacher than the teacher whose video you just watched because we have quite a few amazing teachers here at Sing Create Play and they all teach at different times, on different days.

☆ Class Purpose: → These classes are intended to offer educational and learning activities. → Strategies and tools will help students understand and manage emotions. → This class is not a therapeutic class. ☆ Class Content: → No personal reports on personal experience or mental health of the learners will be discussed. → Discussions will be based on stories I created and materials I bring to class, not the learner’s personal feelings. ☆ Parental Involvement: → I encourage you to send me a message about the area your child needs support with (e.g., managing worries, getting angry quickly, being shy and not confident, etc.). → I will create lesson plans based on that issue, but we will not discuss specific circumstances that happened to the child. → I will offer my stories and real-life situations on that specific topic and discuss strategies, tools, and methods that could help. Let me know if there’s anything else you need!
Requisitos previos
