- The learning goals and objectives for this class will introduce a new chapter in anger management for the learner to answer the question, why do you feel angry? As this class practices the strategies in class #1, #2, #3 students will learn new ones to divert anger by understanding: anger urges, anger triggers, and anger sensations. Learning how to manage the feelings of anger can empower teaches self-discipline.
