Welcome to "Alphabet Adventures: A 13-Week Journey with Letters"—a fun and engaging course designed specifically for preschoolers aged 3-6! Over 13 weeks, your child will join Ms. Jasmine twice a week for 25 minutes each and embark on an exciting exploration of the alphabet.. Each week, we’ll dive into a new letter through interactive stories, catchy songs, creative movements, and playful games, helping young learners build foundational literacy skills in a joyful and supportive environment. In every session, your child will learn to recognize an upper and lower case letter, understand its phonetic sound, and discover related sight words and animals. We’ll also introduce American Sign Language (ASL) signs for word related to each letter, enhancing the learning experience by engaging multiple senses. To keep the learning active and fun, we’ll incorporate physical activities like jumping, crawling, and pretending to be animals associated with each letter. This course is perfect for preschoolers who are eager to start recognizing letters, grasping basic phonics, and expanding their vocabulary. Join us on this alphabet adventure, where learning meets fun!

I have a Bachelor of Science Degree and I am a Registered Holistic Nutritionist. I am certified in Mindfulness, Meditation & Neuroscience as well as Conscious Care & Support.
Over the years, I have taught art, physical education, as well as promoted self-esteem and confidence. More recently, I have been teaching English as a second language, and I had the privilege of homeschooling my 9 year old Step-Son this year. However, my main passion is teaching guided Meditations, Nutrition and Wellness courses to adults and children.
I am passionate about teaching kids the importance of eating healthy foods to support their mental well-being and overall health. I enjoy sharing simple lifestyle habits that can be used to reduce anxiety and help your child deal with stress. I believe that these are tools that can be carried with them into adulthood.
