What will be taught?
This self-paced class will guide learners through the process of creating unique, colorful dog-themed artworks while fostering creative expression and reflective thinking. Learners will build foundational drawing skills, explore patterns and color techniques, and engage in reflective writing to deepen their connection to their artwork.

What topics will be covered?

Step-by-step dog drawing techniques using hand-drawn guides.
Adding personal touches with patterns and unique details.
Coloring and shading methods using basic art supplies (markers, crayons, or optional oil pastels and watercolor paints).
Reflective writing prompts to build creative confidence and self-awareness.

How is your class structured?

The class is divided into four self-paced sections.

Each section includes:

A short instructional video for guidance.
Printable hand-drawn templates and how-to-draw sheets.
Reflection activities that encourage learners to think critically about their work.

Learners will watch instructional videos and follow printable guides designed to be engaging and easy to understand. These resources provide clear, step-by-step instructions to support students of all skill levels. This is a self-paced class, so live interaction is not part of the experience. However, learners can interact with me by posting their artwork and questions in the classroom discussion board. I provide personalized feedback, encouragement, and answers to questions within 24-48 hours.
