Adobe Illustrator para principiantes: ¡1:1!

Students will be editing along with me as we learn the basics of Adobe Illustrator! 

I will be sharing my screen and allowing students to see each key click as I show them the basic tools and functions of the program. Each reference that we use will be provided by me as we edit and change elements of designs.

Weeks 1-3 will be learning the interface, layers, and basic tools of the program

Week 4 will be focused on building shapes with the shape tools and selection tools

Week 5 will be focused on using the pen tool

Week 6 will be focused on the uses of the different brush tools

Week 7 will be focused on warping, liquifying, and gradients

Week 8 will be focused on creating our own mandalas

Week 9 will be focused on creating repeating patterns

Weeks 10-12 will be entirely focused on final projects and putting all of these elements together. Each student will complete their own logo or portrait design showcasing everything they have learned, and presenting it to the class. I will be there for assistance and critique as needed!
