Is your child a budding star? Well this is that class! In this ongoing acting club, our superstar kids will learn a variety of new skills and techniques of being an actor. We will begin class with a warm-up of our voice and body. We will then act out various scenarios and experiment with fun voices and movements. At the end of the class we will take a bow for all the hard work we did onstage. Each activity will be broken down and no prior experience is necessary. Our teaching approach is laid back and student-centered. This is a hands-on performance class, please have room for your child to move! Teacher: Your class will be taught by a Chicago-based performer! You will have either Ms. Nicole, Miss. Kelsey, Ms. Lili, Miss Kara, Miss Allison or Miss Joy! Weekly Focus: March 14-20: Stage Movement and Parts of the Stage March 21-27: Emotions March 28- April 3: Creating Characters April 4-April 10: Voice and Speech April 11- 17: Acting out Children’s Stories April 18-24: Acting out commercials

We believe that all our students can be successful. We pride ourselves on building an online community and offering personalized learning. Our teachers have attended top improvisation programs including The Second City Conservatory, Annoyance, Magnet, and more. Our dance teachers have trained with renowned schools in NYC. All of our teachers are professional performers with a minimum of a BA degree.
