This course will cover reading comprehension strategies excellent readers use when reading passages. This course at a 6th grade reading level and it will cover passages and strategies at the 6th grade reading level. This course is scheduled to meet 2 twice a week for 45 minutes to cover all the materials in this course.

I've been an online tutor for Social Studies, Writing, ELA, and Science grades 6- College level. I was an Intervention Specialist for grades K-2, 1-5 ESOL and 6-8. I taught ESOL for several years as well. I have been on countless committees such as: Writing Rubric, Social Studies, Writing, Discipline Committee, National Junior Honor Society Advisor, Admissions Chair. I have a master's degree in education along with 80 credits above my master's degree. I come with extensive experience in education and look forward to being your child's teacher.
