In this three times a week fourth grade math class, we will learn and practice various math concepts each week. 

My classroom is very inclusive and friendly. I want students to feel welcome and comfortable, and they are encouraged to participate at their comfort level. As long as students are staying on task, they can be as vocal or quiet as they want. If a student prefers not to be called on to answer questions aloud, I will respect that. Students are encouraged to reach out with questions via classroom chat if they don't feel comfortable asking a question in front of the group. We have optional sharing/show and tell time each week, during which time students can share their pets, LEGO creations, toys, or art projects. 

I am always available via email to assist students, check their optional homework, or provide feedback. If a student would like feedback on an assignment, they can take a picture of it and post it in the classroom or send it via email. I do my best to get back to students within 24 hours.

Weeks 29-32: Measurement
Weeks 33-35: Data and Graphing
Week 36: Word Problems and Review


Students will take a weekly assessment to determine proficiency. We will play review games on Gimkit and Kahoot each week, and I will post links to games they can play at home as informal assessments.
