Payments for the upcoming week are processed every Sunday. To avoid being charged for upcoming missed lessons, please contact me before the Sunday when payment is processed. Once payment has been processed for a lesson, refunds will not be provided. However, learners will have the opportunity to make up missed lessons. If the course is paid for in full upon enrollment, learners will have the opportunity to make up missed lessons.


*I highly recommend purchasing "The Ultimate Math Workbook" by IXL for your grade.  We will work through this resource.

Please review the class schedule and pick one day of the week/time that works for you.  We will meet weekly on your selected day and time.

Class Structure: We will begin each session with an opening activity (excluding session 1).  Session 1 will be an introductory session.  I will review classroom and curriculum expectations for this ongoing course.  The students will learn and practice a NEW essential skill each week.  Each session will conclude with a summary of what was covered and what's coming next!  The class structure is purposed to introduce foundational skills needed for 5th Grade Math.

Teaching Style:  Student-Centered !!!  LOTS of interactive activities, games and discussions !!!  Research proves that a student-centered instructional model is key to learning!  

Interaction Level:  Medium to High !!!  Students will have an opportunity to engage with me and each other through games, video clips and discussions!  It is my first priority to ensure the safety of all students so open chat and open microphone will be limited.  All interactive activities are selected to maximize learning while providing a safe environment to do so!
