Day 2: Building Connections with Confidence
-Techniques for building connections in new situations
-How to communicate effectively and make a great first impression
-Strategies for overcoming social anxiety and shyness
-How to navigate group dynamics and form strong bonds

Throughout the course, we will focus on practical exercises and real-life scenarios to help you apply what you've learned in a real-life setting. By the end of the 2 days, you will have a better understanding of the importance of friendships, how to build connections with confidence and the ability to navigate new social environments with ease.

*Please be aware I try to teach all of my classes to at least 2 students as I feel it provides a better teaching and learning experience. If the minimum amount of students is not reached 24 hours before the start of the course, students will be moved to the next available section at a similar time.
